The purpose of this document is to alleviate the manufacturer, distributor, and retail outlet for any products of any and all liability arising out of any injury caused as a result of use or misuse of our products.  None of our products are intended to be ingested in any way.

In no event will Legal Herbal Shop be liable to you or anyone else for any damages or injury caused by ingestion of these product or by its misuse or improper use.  It is your responsibility to know the laws of your local town, state and country regarding any of our products. It is your responsibility to knowany and all allergies that you may have to any of our products (if you have questions, please ask before purchasing!). 

In no event shall Legal Herbal Shop (OME, LLC), any employees, owners and affiliates be liable under any damages other than the amount paid by you for product. any and all other damages, direct or indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive, are hereby excluded.

Shipping & Returns:

FREE Shipping for ALL orders WORLDWIDE!

Your product(s) will be shipped out in the order we receive them, unless you choose to upgrade to USPS Express, UPS Next Day or FedEx Next Day.

Our FREE shipping is via USPS First Class mail with Delivery Confirmation, so no signature is required.  It takes from 2-7 business days (once shipped) to arrive if you are in the US and up to 14 Business days for all international orders.

Please be aware that our responsibilty is to get your orders packed and out to the PO, UPS or FedEx.  Any issues regarding delays after we hand these carriers your packages MUST be dealt with directly through the carrier you chose!

 If you are not completely satisfied, we will allow you to exchange it for any product with similar weight and price.  Due to the nature of the products, there will be no refunds.
